First, as a tablet and for its price - excellent. I would rate it at least four stars if it weren't for the problem. And the problem is, at least for what I got, the device's LTE functionality was tied to AT&T. I called AT&T and asked them to remove the SIM lock. They told me they couldn't do this because "this device has seven payments to make before we can remove the SIM lock". So I went to the AT&T store to see if they would unlock it and they told me exactly the same thing and actually showed me that the account associated with this tablet was indeed "expired". So if you want a very good Android tablet that uses the Qualcomm chipset (the best) and only works with WIFI, this is a good choice. But if you want LTE/"4G" functionality in a tablet, this is a very bad choice. "Keep going".
