Review on NOYITO USB Fan Speed Controller with Stepless Speed Regulation & Switch, 4-12V to 2.5-8V, 5W, Pack of 2 by Satish Tegan

I got them to control a custom laptop fan and also a fan for my wireless router. What's interesting is that when I use these speed controls, the fans run faster when set to 100% than when I plug the fans directly into the same USB port. I can only assume that the tension is rising somehow. The only downside I have is the lack of a case or shell. I dipped this speed controller in hot glue to protect the circuit board.
