Damaged item in the air conditioner

I just opened my box and saw the screw tabs were broken although the shipping box looked fine. Maybe a thicker box and better cardboard insert would help. Luckily I was able to replace the broken sheath with the old one. I installed it and yes it worked but I agree that it's not as fluffy as the OEM but if it's worth the price you get what you pay for.
