I use this product along with some other ingredients to create my own complete cocktail. I literally live on these drinks for a few days and nothing else; sometimes even a week or more. All in all, the cheapness of this protein powder allows me to sustain my life on less than $4 a day. I'm sure there are better tasting and more blendable powders out there, but they also cost a lot more. This is the perfect powder for those who are money conscious or, in my case, the very poor.
