Buttons no longer work

I bought this for my son so he can vibrate from time to time to help him recover and get back on track. Unfortunately, less than a year has passed since the buttons stopped working and the watch was unusable for him. He liked silent reminders so the other kids in his class wouldn't know he had a timer. It was a great product while it worked but now it's not working and figuring out how to use the warranty was stressful.
