They sublimate well. On some I've used a Cricut mug press (rotate 1/3 every 2 minutes and then flip and repeat) and deep fryer (380 degrees for 6 minutes). Both worked fine. They come with a straw, a straw cleaning brush and a nice rubber base. Some of the cheaper glasses don't have a rubber base (the base needs to be attached and doesn't make them dishwasher safe, but I still don't recommend washing them in the dishwasher). Lids are sealed. I tossed the one I made for myself in my work bag and haven't spilled anything yet. Of course, do not put this in the dishwasher as this will ruin the print.
