Yes - I hate it and apparently threw money away

Yes - I hate it and apparently threw money away.the device doesn't work to change HDMI to VGA. I have a brand-new Dell AMD 15.6&#34; touchscreen computer and upon connection - nothing on my VGA screen, not even a hint or wimper of the box trying to convert. All crap.Buy the Cable Matters HDMI to VGA converter box. That one actually works.

Pros

Very handy. A bit large, but so much function in one unit at a good price.

Cons

The converter can be unreliable and fail without warning
