I was trying to install this antenna on my 1993 Camry. He pulled out the old antenna and set about installing it. The antenna is too small for a regular hole on this machine. Read the instructions. Does it say drill a 13/16" hole for this? Why odd size? Why not just 1 inch? I cut out a piece of sheet metal to fill the hole. Then poke a 13/16" hole in it. No. Wrong size. Leaves a big gap at the top. Then I made a second panel with a 5/8" wide square hole. That's how wide the body of the antenna is. Nope. It won't work either. Glad I didn't drill through the body of the car. It's raining right now. I'll try something later. I'm considering taking the old antenna off and putting this in there. Final moment. Not for 1993 Toyota Camry. So tired of companies that lie.
