I bought this microphone/camera kit when my classes went online and my internship switched to distance learning. I just want to say that I'm not usually the type to leave negative feedback. At the same time, this thing was a piece of absolute junk. Video quality is decent at best. I can live with the image quality as it doesn't really matter what I use it for. However, I have to be able to talk to other fellow students, professors and project staff. If I'm not wrong, I originally paid about $50 for it. I'm not being dramatic when I say he MAYBE pick up 1 of every 3 words I speak into him. If it wasn't for the chat features I would have been SOL for the past 6+ months. I can't take the embarrassment anymore so I finally decided to order the Yeti Snowball for the same price I originally paid for this POS. Even the $20 they are charging now is too much. Using dialer on any phone sounds way better than this thing. They have to pay YOU to get it out of their hands and out of their inventory. Please do yourself a favor and try something else, unless you enjoy being asked to repeat this five million times on every conference call.
