The build quality is first class. It's a very comfortable weight, but not heavy in the sense of unwieldy. It has the weight and materials to inspire confidence. The packaging is impressive. This is not a cheap imported product put in a brown box and shipped straight from some mysterious warehouse. The items fit well and the included instructions for use have been printed on high quality paper, clear and colorful, and contain a wealth of information and recommended massage routines for various uses. I have found that the guides really add value to the package as a whole. Again, I'm not an athlete or therapist, so the information gave me an unexpected "WOW" effect. The included case looks high quality and holds securely. There's no room in the pocket for each of the slip-on heads, which is a little disappointing, but as it turns out, it holds the 2 most commonly used heads perfectly, making this not a big deal (I just hope I don't). end up losing those less-used devices).
