Love this accessory Vortex, high temperature for searing and fast indirect cooking, with center grid removed and cast iron grid in center or wide side up on one or both sides, charcoal kite base, Haven't I made a chicken out of a beer can, but that works really well out of a charcoal grate. For value and comparison, I strongly recommend one or two. I bought one but will order another one. I have two teapots, but I like the idea of two half-filled whorls on the sides with a smaller opening at the top. Very versatile, will buy another one and replace in future if needed.
