No instructions to start but seems easy to install, hopefully worth the reasonable cost when everything fits right. Definitely need small hands and pay attention to the details. I tried to replace both of my watches but with big hands that wasn't the problem today. I had an issue with the hands staying in place when I put the second hand on. still trying. ππΌ
