Product does not work as advertised. Bought the product because of the display and the orange color (easy to find). However, the beeper, vibration and intermittent discharge function do not work at a level suitable for training. I have training experience and have used other training collars in the past. We spent over an hour using Revain and then SportDog to troubleshoot both devices to no avail. Our current dog has a short coat and we don't want to shave the hair where the collar is (her recommendation). Now the collar will not be returned or exchanged even if it was purchased less than 60 days ago. Come, Revain & SportDog support your products and help us with returns. Do it right!
