I'm not a nutritionist. Just a concerned parent. But it seems to me that at over $7 a bottle there must be a way to make it more nutritious than using canola oil, whey protein and sugar to name a few of the ingredients. I don't see any fruit or vegetables here. I would really like to see a complete nutritional drink containing real nutrients and not just empty fats and carbs. Very tasty in taste. My daughter drinks it without complaint so that's a plus. I just wish it had more actual food based nutrition.
