These are not great. I used them for my daith piercings. The balls that were clear plastic would often come unscrewed and one ended up inside my ear and took a while for me to get it out. I threw those sets away. Then the set with the rhinestones set in the ball would have the little rhinestones fall out randomly. My ear would itch and I'd scratch to find the itching was being caused by rhinestones that had fallen off and into my ear canal. The only one I haven't had an issue with has been the plain steel balls. For ending up only being able to use one set, the price was still reasonable, but I still wouldn't recommend them.
