This product helps us manage our RFIs very efficiently so we can focus more attention towards sales activities! The reports are detailed enough from one department point view as well which saves lot of man hours when there’d be multiple departments involved with an issue or question during development phase (e g sourcing). No dislike at all but if you have any questions feel free contact them via live chat feature they provide - it's amazing how fast response rates would improve after using this tool :) Their customer support team has been superb right through out engagement period including post trial implementation services too! I like how easy it was with this software when doing RFIs/BPO's (Business Proposal Opportunities). The program allowed me not need paper or physical copies but electronic ones which saved us money! Also being able use my iPad as well helped out because we had many clients who didn't have computers at home so using an app made things easier all around!! Sometimes there were glitches where you couldn;t click some buttons until after reloading the page? But overall everything worked great.
