Sadly this garment is not made for people with thicker thighs. Didn't have a problem pulling it up but the elastic or whatever is at the ends of the thighs was super tight that it was painful. I contemplated sending it back because of this but I ended up cutting the sides to stretch it a little but it didn't give. Now I am stuck with something I just should have sent back. I hope this helps someone before you order it is NOT made for people with thicker upper legs if it were not for this it would have been perfect.
