Review on πŸ”§ Dorman 620-039 Engine Cooling Fan Assembly: Perfect fit for Chrysler & Dodge Models, Black by Victor Ewing

Revainrating 5 out of 5

One of the rare occasions when the aftermarket beats the OEM in terms of durability and functionality.

Update: It's August 6th, 2019 and the fan is still working fine here in Southern California. Despite small flaws, it gets 5 stars because it is better than the OEM fan in terms of performance and possibly durability. There is a wiring harness attached to your OE fan that needs to be transferred to this product. Pros: The fan actually pushes more air than an OEM fan, and according to reports on LX forum.com, it's actually more durable. Disadvantages: original cable harness clamps. directly to the OEM fan, but on the Doraemon fan they added quite a long wire harness that just gets in the way. Some of the clips on your stock belt will break when you remove it from the stock fan. I ended up fixing the over-long wiring harness by adding zip ties to make sure the extra wire didn't get caught in the fan blades or on rotating parts of the motor. It was worth the price and the use of multiple zip ties. it's not that much work. If you drive a Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler and the fan is running faster than usual, make sure both fans are running. One of my fans was cracked and not working, resulting in the only working fan being cycled on and off more often than usual. Just advice for some people.
