The sound quality is good, and there is bass present in the headphones. The headphones were a free gift with the purchase of a phone on Aliexpress. As this is my first time using wireless headphones, I don't have much to base my judgment on, but in general, I have no issues. - They fit securely in the ear canal and do not come out. - Defense against the effects of water. As you are washing your hair, you can listen to music. Negatives: There is an issue with control. When you are contacted using WhatsApp, the discussion will automatically be transferred to the phone. Does not respond to loud swipes. During the final few months of operation, the issue was detected. Perhaps it's because of the food that we ate. - Respond to a dripping cap. When running, the person's head begins to sweat, the headphones become uncomfortable, and they begin to adjust the music or activate the assistant. - When we are having a conversation on the street, the other person often says that they hear the street and not me. After a year, the left earpiece ceased functioning properly. And the correct one will not function properly in its absence either. The issue is discussed rather frequently on the boards, but no one is sure how to fix it. In light of the feedback I've read regarding the level of competence displayed by the JBL service department, I don't see why it would be worthwhile to bring it in for repair. The end result was that I was not provided with headphones. This particular make and model is not one that I would recommend.
