Review on 🎨 Holbein Artist Gouache Set: 18 x 5ml Tubes for Vibrant, Professional Artwork by Carol Miller

I am so in love with this gouache set that I stopped mid-picture to write this review! I guess I can't compare brands but they made a huge impression on me and I don't know how I got by without them for so long. The colors are rich and vibrant, apply easily to paper, blend beautifully, have exceptional coverage, work great with liquid and tube watercolors, and while these tubes are a little small, they are LONG-LASTING! Serious. At the moment just a small dot was more than enough for me, I've included a picture of some of the colors I used as an example. The tassels are listed for size reference and are #1-5 sable rounds left to right. I've also included a color sample image so you can see how each color looks on paper and mixes, they are also on the left. - to the right, like the tubes in the picture. The other painting is an unfinished painting where I use a number of Holbein's gouaches as well as various brands of watercolors so you can get an idea of how they go with other colors. .I just can't say enough about how amazing they are! I'm so excited to sit down and paint with them that they actually saved me from slipping into the pathetic artistic slump I was teetering on the edge of. So thanks Holbein, you were my only hope!
