Review on 📻 Ocean Digital Portable Internet Wi-Fi/FM Radio with Bluetooth Speaker: The Ultimate Compact Rechargeable Radio for Kitchen & Garden - WR26 by Candace Ramirez

When my mother left her hometown at the age of 80, she found all the changes in her life very distressing. She always loved listening to her hometown radio station and missed it very much. After the move, she initially used a Chromebook to stream the station over the internet, but was frustrated with intermittent stops/starts and had trouble navigating the device to get back to her station if it got lost. I recently bought her a portable Ocean Digital Wi-Fi/FM Radio Internet Radio hoping that would be the solution and so far it's been great! I favorited her station about a week ago and she happily uses it non-stop. Everything is simple, the size is convenient and the sound is great! All she has to do is press the power button and adjust the volume if necessary (there are many other options she will never use). I tried the radio at my home first and couldn't find the station in the Skytunes station list. I contacted Ocean Digital customer service via email (listed in the user guide) and received a response from Karen shortly thereafter. She quickly took care of the problem and I was able to hear the station. However, it had trouble stopping/starting, to the point where it wasn't worth listening to anymore. She also had some suggestions on this issue which I ultimately think is an issue with my WiFi. I took the radio to my moms and tried it out and it's been working great ever since. Much better consistency, simplicity and sound than the Chrome Book. Karen, Customer Service, thank you for your prompt and professional assistance. When Mom is happy, I feel better :-)!
