The core voltage is reduced to 0.925V, making this 1900MHz Athlon 64 X2 consumes 45W at idle and runs much slower. Combined with crystalcpuid's Crystal N Quiet to control the CPU's Cool N Quiet function, it switches from 1900MHz to 800MHz depending on the CPU load.
