A good product, more pros than cons.

As for the scratches, I had to attach silicone legs so that the disc simply does not roll on the surface and does not scratch at the same time. The disk is constantly used as a second drive for a laptop, so it withstands the test of constant operation. After two falls from a height of about half a meter, a check was made through the Victoria HDD: not a single bad block, only a few blocks the speed dropped, but this did not affect the overall performance at all.

Pros

Compactness, speed (reading and writing - 80-110 Mb / s with sufficient memory (1 TB)), mechanical resistance to various vibrations (up to falls from a small height during operation), no blinding and brightly burning LED, design , the ability to manage the drive through the WD Discovery utility (including assigning a password to the drive). Quiet by itself, even during operation, but gets a little warm (without fanaticism, so not a minus)

Cons

Plastic is generally unable to resist scratches: after a month of intensive use (including constant travel in a backpack), everything is covered with scratches and even chips. In a word, if you keep its presentation, then only in a box Also of the minuses - there is no indication on the LED what type of USB is used during operation (as, for example, on Toshiba).
