To do this I had to use two different screwdrivers that were included in this package. It worked well. This means it can be used for more than just Macbooks. It can also work on most laptops, iPhones, etc. Why is it so expensive when you can get similar stuff for a third of the price? I have no answer to that. Another reason I'm deducting a star is that the tips aren't magnetic. For such fine work, the magnetic tip is crucial. Yesterday I had at least two screws, which gave me some trouble; One fell on my carpet and the other was hit by some electronics. With a magnetic tip, this would never happen. Conclusion: This is a good set, but I definitely wouldn't buy it alone. 3 stars.
