I like how easy it was to use once we had our first patient in place! It's very intuitive for new users as well - my colleagues are all able train themselves quickly with little help from me or others at work (we have no IT staff).
The support team has been great too; they've always responded promptly when needed which makes life easier than dealing directly through email would be otherwise :) We're using this product primarily so everyone can see what their patients were doing before leaving them off of care plans/records etc., but there could definitely still more features added here such an automatic reminders about appointments coming up soon if you don't schedule one within X days after your last appointment date comes due!! This way people know not just who needs followup visits scheduled right away next time around though scheduling does seem pretty robust now even without any additional bells & whistles enabled by default already included outta box?
