Review on 📶 ARRIS SURFboard T25 DOCSIS 3.1 Gigabit Cable Modem, Xfinity Internet & Voice Certified (black) by David Perry

I searched for Xfinity and the compatible modem model (video, voice, no Wi-Fi) was T25 but I couldn't find T25 ARRIS. site. I ordered the surfboard above and was hoping I didn't have to send it back. Replaced my old trusty ARRIS with the latest DOCSIS 3.1. A MARKED T25 package arrived (see photo) but without an ARRIS model number. Easy to install for TV BUT the Xfinity computer tree does NOT include internet or voice (TV only if you have the hardware). You will need to contact Xfinity Technical Support to provide the MAC addresses over the phone (yes, the phone line is different than the one you are enabling). As in the photo of the product, it needs to stand upright (my old model was lying).
