I swear the first time I wore a short sleeve shirt underneath in the rain it leaked - I felt cold/sticky - Revane sent another jacket (free) and it was the same ---- - now I feel like cold rain that doesn't feel right ---- so I'm guessing it's not leaking, but you should wear a long-sleeved shirt underneath
