Review on Novelty Place Inflatable Serving Buffet by David Ross

Used in a large family kitchen for the first time last weekend. I inflated it and mounted it over a 70 gallon deck box which was the perfect size to carry it. I used one end for all of the homemade pickles and the other end for all of the hamburger and sausage seasoning. I liked it very much. Easy to install, easy to clean, LOTS of space for all kinds of things. The only downside I noticed was that the ice melts much faster than in a cooler because it's so open and when you add ice it has to be drained to prevent water from overflowing. Not a big problem, just a minor annoyance. Make sure you install it somewhere where the drain can drain freely and won't mess anything underneath.
