I like their customer service! They are always willing give you options when choosing your plan/product so there isn't any confusion about what's best suited towards our needs (and budget).

It was difficult finding out which product would be right fit with us because we had no idea where in Florida we were going to move from one month-to-month until then. We ended up deciding between two different plans - one being more expensive than another but it offered less insurance coverage compared to the second option.
