Review on XINXIANG ARTARMON Speed Agility Training by Corey Greene

Revainrating 3 out of 5

2 good parachutes and something else.

This Speed and Agility Training Set should contain a few items to help you work on your overall speed, footwork and agility. And it has a few things in it, but not all of the same use/quality. Let's start with the skittles - you have 12 of them, and they are the lowest. This is normal and they are useful for marking a course or distance. But they are very light/thin plastic which means they are easy to move around if you don't weigh them down. In fact, they're so light you can't even "lower" them (twist or roll them), you have to put them on. And in this case, that lightness isn't a plus - they feel cheap and flimsy. The Agility Ladder is a useful exercise - and it works, but the plastic "rungs" of the ladder are very flimsy and seem to break. break when stepped on with great force/repeatedly (as you might do when challenging yourself). And they slip out of place easily - there's nothing holding them in place on nylon straps that serve as the sides of the "ladder". They have stakes to keep the ends of the stairs where you want them, so that's a nice touch. Then we move on to the parachutes - they are really good, with a well thought out harness system for air containment, quality materials and good panniers. . The parachutes really make this set stand out and are almost worth buying on their own. They also work well, catch air well and you definitely feel resistance when you run. From this set I will use them most often. That's what it boils down to - with this set you get two good quality drag parachutes. And some skittles and a ladder that feels cheap and may not be very durable. If you buy it for parachutes, go for it. If not, then maybe look elsewhere.
