The ease at which you can see where you are spending most of your time is one thing I love about this program! It's so easy for me to keep up with what my crews need as well as keeping an eye out for when they have more work than usual coming through our office that we haven't seen yet. There isn't much else to dislike; it has really helped us streamline everything within our fleet management department. We use job file z daily but not exclusively - sometimes other programs will come along for special projects too. This product works very efficiently together with another piece called Crew File Manager (CFM). Cfm allows you to assign tasks to multiple crew members simultaneously allowing you to make sure everyone gets covered throughout every project without having any issues.
