I have purchased these EZ ink cartridges several times for use in my Epson Stylus Photo R280. Always recognizable as Epson ink cartridges, they are good enough for everyday printing, especially considering the low price. My last purchase was in February 2018, but I didn't have to install all the cartridges right away. So I didn't realize the yellow cartridge didn't physically fit in my printer until I tried to install it about 6 months later. I've contacted EZ Ink but wasn't expecting a replacement or anything from them as I haven't received my order for so long, but thought they might want to know that there is a physical issue with one of the cartridges. what i got To my surprise, they quickly sent me a new yellow cartridge that matched my printer perfectly. That kind of customer service is rare these days and I really appreciate it.
