Either it's a fake or Solo went the cheaper route by making the grips thinner to save money. The teeth are sharp, not smooth. Basically a defective item. Bought them in a red and white box for years. This box, which arrived last week, is an odd purple and white color. Do not buy. You cannot wash the dishwasher without these deformations, as you did with the previous ones. We buy spoons and forks for BSA and other meals several times a year. Will have to look for another product. This is not good, especially the sharp teeth, kids can easily hurt themselves if they don't put this fork in their mouth very carefully. The plastic handle is not smooth and not as thick as previous orders.
