As a teacher, I admit that I'm not good with bags. After years of sweepstakes I had to switch to a backpack. Either the pockets weren't strong enough or the straps slipped off my shoulder. I want to love this bag. Love the way it opens, love the side pockets, love the bonus pocket, perfect for my iPad. But the straps are not strong enough, even after the repair, the upper part of the straps began to loosen. They will probably be ok with light use but can't handle my laptop, iPad, medium sized book and review folder.
