Review on Hromee by Chris Cervantes

My experience as an advanced user in the realm of tools led me to anticipate great things from Hromee. My experience, sadly, did not live up to my expectations in any way. Their website is cumbersome and difficult to traverse, which is a shame because they have an impressive selection of both power and hand tools. It took me an inordinate amount of time to locate the particular tool that I was looking for, and in the end, I had to make do with a solution that was less than ideal. To make matters even worse, the instrument that was sent to me did not live up to the standards that I had set for it. It had a feel of being manufactured on the cheap, and its performance was not as good as that of other tools I've used in the past. And don't even get me started on their poor attention to the needs of their customers. When I called customer service, the representative I spoke to was unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the issue I was having with my purchase. It seemed as though they were simply going through the motions, and as a result, I was left feeling aggravated and dissatisfied. To say the least, the entirety of my experience with Hromee was not impressive in any way. Due to the fact that I am an experienced user, I have high standards for the companies that provide my tools; however, Hromee fell short of meeting those standards. From this point forward, I won't be giving you any more of my business.
