I like that they have an option of creating one-on-one or group chats, so it's easy to reach out to potential customers if you're working remotely! It would be nice if there were more options within each chat type as well - maybe add in polls? There are also some bugs with their software which can make things frustrating when using them (especially for those who use multiple devices). That said, once we get used to how everything works, this tool has been very effective at helping us connect with our current clients and prospective new ones! We've found that most people love being able to communicate via text instead of having phone calls made by receptionists.
