My 13 month old daughter (8.5lbs, 30") wears size 4 shoes. We have Crocs Littles Clog clogs in size 2-3M Crocs Littles Clog (Toddler / Little Kid), Ballerina Pink, 2-3 M US Infant which is perfect for my pre-walker and has no room to grow.
