I love that it has all of my contacts right at hand, as well as other information about each one's account/profile - including activity history! This gives me peace of mind knowing everything relevant to any contact or client will be there when needed without having access through another program like Mailchimp for example (as with many others).
That said, while searching can sometimes take up time due to size limitations & slow loading speed from multiple sources not being able to resolve immediately upon clicking search button, but still does help find what you're looking for eventually if patience applies. It works great overall however would appreciate more flexibility around scheduling meetings, sending emails back n forth etc., which are currently manual processes rather than automated within this software itself.- The ability to have a quick turnaround between scheduled tasks so they don't get pushed out by.
