I like the stepless strap adjustment and it works well as expected. The elastic loop on the belt that holds excess belt material does not stay in place as others have noted. When you remove the belt, it will catch in the belt loops of your pants and slide down the belt to the end where it can fall off. I finally lost it. It does not matter. The strap isn't as elastic as I expected, so it doesn't provide the extra comfort I expected. Even when I'm sitting, the back of the harness tends to fold away from my body.
