The easy to use interface, multiple options of creating content from just some simple clicks of button. And also you can easily work with your own assets without any licensing issues. Some minor bugs are there which need to be fixed but nothing really serious. I would say its best option if you want to create games using Unity or Unreal engines like me. There is no other free alternative available so far in this market as well. If you have already made up your mind then go ahead otherwise it will not hurt to try out something new.
