Disappointing Quality for Arts & Crafts

According to my experience, the silk-like material of these decorations is anything but. The texture and appearance is cheap AND plasticky .While the colors are nice, the lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. The pros are the color choices are versatile. The cons are the poor quality material and lack of attention to detail..
