Most importantly, the scraper extension and brush teeth are firmly seated in the base of the handle and will not rotate during use. This is a huge improvement over other scrapers that rotate while in use, making them both useless and downright annoying. Last but not least, there is a surprise feature at the end of the wooden handle! There you will find a rolling metal ball that can be used for acupuncture points - absolutely brilliant. I use an acupressure ball on my neck, arms, and temples for headache relief. This allows you to target a specific area and apply pressure, and since it's metal you can actually apply pressure to release muscle tension. All these features and only 10! It's really worth it and I can only recommend it.
