Best of all, this bowl fits perfectly on one side of a double sink, 14 inches wide in the sink area. At first I was afraid that the depth of the bowl (actually, its lack) wouldn't be useful, but its rims sit on the top rims of the sink, and the bottom of the bowl protrudes above the floor, allowing a clean rim to remain flush with the top of the sink.
