Enhanced Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl, Update International (MB-800), 8 qt Capacity, Silver Review

I wanted a large mixing bowl and this one has good reviews. Somehow I missed a review that said this bowl was not true to size. I don't understand why the other reviewers didn't mention the petite size, but I was only able to pour 3 liters of water into the bowl. It's useless to me; I have disks of this size. I wanted BIG. I'd settle for 4.5 liters, maybe even 4. It's not a bad bowl, but it's not what I had in mind. Come back.

I wanted a large bowl for mixing double salads and veggies at home. I always seemed to use two bowls. I confess I had no idea how large the measurements were in a quart. So I ordered 30 liters. Update: Don't believe anything you read about the size. I recommended them to my brother who bought from the link I shared and he got bowls of a completely different size. This is a really good bowl. Very durable and keeps its shape. I've read reviews of other bowls complaining about their bowls warping. It doesn't bend and is very strong but not heavy. It has been in use for a few weeks and so far no sign of rust. You will see scratches because the inside is polished and if you use metal on metal those are scratches. Best of all, this bowl fits perfectly on one side of a double sink, 14 inches wide in the sink area. At first I was afraid that the depth of the bowl (actually, its lack) wouldn't be useful, but its rims sit on the top rims of the sink, and the bottom of the bowl protrudes above the floor, allowing a clean rim to remain flush with the top of the sink.
