Sponges not right size

I ordered the 8 pack instead of 4 pack for the first time and the replacement sponges included were not the proper size. It seemed like the correct size sponges wouldn’t fit in the box so they cut them to fit. I have been using these filters for over a year and have been happy with them but it is not ok to not include the right size sponges with the 8 pack.

Pros

It’s easy to use and my cats like it

Cons

The filters tend to trap hair and debris, which causes clogging
