They not only send you the filters, they also include 2 each of the foam pieces that are inside the fountain. These filters are good. They don't release the black charcoal like the other kind do. Their smaller than the other kind. They seem to last longer. I change the water once a week, change the filter about every 3 to 4 weeks. Their alittle more expensive but they work better.

My Cat is always happy drinking pure eater from his pond, and these filters make it a reality. I changed these filters once every month, and water is always clear… my Cat drinks a lot of water and I know I’m giving him clear purified water. If you love your cat-kid, buy this stuff!

Very dissatisfied. The darn charcoal is bleeding out of the filter stopping up my pump and bleeding into my dogs clean water! Maybe we got a bad batch

Works great .all the other ones I tried would get water everywhere when my cat drank out of it. That's my feedback. This don’t at all. Love it.

This last pack of filter I got are all leaking black particles into my cats water. The seams aren't fully sealed on the filters. Now I'm stuck with a fountain I can't use and my cats need a new fountain with better quality filters. :(

I bought this a year ago, worked great until recently. After reading the reviews, I know now why the water is moldy, slimy, and the filters need to be changed within a week. Just came on here to purchase more filters, not only did the price go up, now I can no longer use these filters. Guys the reviews are right, don’t waste your money on anymore filters. Move on to something healthier for you fur baby.

For the fir time ever, these filters within 24 hours of replacement are producing this gelatinous film and then again have to replace the filter and clean the whole system!

the Filters are great but how can I get they other pieces that come with the filters you only get 1 with each filter set you buy

Love the water pouring down rather than pumping upward. My cat would only drink out of a spigot. Took him 2 days to be comfortable with using it all the time. Now he rarely goes to the sink for a drink. I can go to work knowing he will drink.

I ordered the 8 pack instead of 4 pack for the first time and the replacement sponges included were not the proper size. It seemed like the correct size sponges wouldn’t fit in the box so they cut them to fit. I have been using these filters for over a year and have been happy with them but it is not ok to not include the right size sponges with the 8 pack.

I like that you get the two little black filters along with the 4 regular filters. I didn't know that until I received the box. Very happy with the filters and the price.

kitties love their water fountain and I was surprised at how much dirt these filters actually catch. Glad I found them to give them the best water quality I can.

These filters actually ADDED particles to the water. The first filter turned black and purple, and the second one I tried made the water pink and left a pink film on the fountain's bowl and working components. I don't stopped using the product and unfortunately, my return window has closed. I would not recommend this product. Better to just change the water in the fountain each day.

I change my cats filter every month to month and a half. It comes with extra foam pieces as well. Very worth the money, only complaint is I wouldn’t have known to run the new filter under water unless I read the directions that came with the water fountain bowl. Otherwise perfect!

I agree with the reviewers who state these are not the same filters. What happened? The water turns pink IMMEDIATELY! I have changed nothing about the water. I have had this fountain for over a year with no issues and these filters are gross. Please issue a refund!

The charcoal filters seem to work well and fit perfectly. I just with they included more replacement sponge filters with them. I can't find the sponge filters anywhere.

Lots of shedding of filter material in the water. Not sure these are necessary to use if I use frig filtered water. May go back.

My diabetic cat can drink all he want and I don't have to fill it so often. Now if I can find cheap Tidy cat nonclumping cat litter. I have to change it every other day.
