Like a switch. The cables from the relay to the switch are too short. There is about 3 feet of wire from the switch to the connector and another 3-4 feet of wire from that connector to the relay. Not enough wire to get from the battery to get it through the firewall and down and turn on the dash. I ended up using the wire harness from a previous small lightbar that had a lot of wires and just plugged the wire from that connector set into the switch. It would also be much better if the crimp on the connectors was some sort of weatherproof connector.
