The most useful feature of this program, it's ability to generate reports very quickly! And then customize them as needed. I have not found any downsides with ursa at all so far. It does cost money but you don't need much training or experience to use the product once installed. We are able to create many different types of custom reports that we can present to our clients. Reporting needs change frequently here which makes having multiple people who understand how each report works extremely valuable. This has helped us by giving more accurate information than previously available without spending additional time researching other products out there on the market.
