Look no further for a waterproof mascara remover. I've been using this product since my freshman year at university. I wear Super Stay Mascara, Maybelline's waterproof mascara, which isn't sold in the US, and nothing, I mean NOTHING can remove it completely (not even Lancôme bi fasil) except this thing. I apply it and leave it on for about 3 minutes (while brushing my teeth) and remove it with a cotton pad. The trick is to lightly dampen a cotton pad with micellar water or a mild eye makeup remover to keep the cotton pad from flaking off or getting caught between your lashes. Applying too much or leaving it on for too long can cloud your eyes, so be aware. In my opinion 3-5 minutes is more than enough.
