After reading another review that this product has 2 buckets - one for clean water and one for dirty water, I decided to give it a try. I have mixed feelings. Pros: 1. Spinners are cool. You can actually just pull out a damp mop to clean the floors. 2. The wet mop head picks up (almost) everything from the floor when you mop the floor. I didn't have to vacuum before mopping the floors. 3. Contrary to other comments on the pen, mine is pretty solid. However, assembly was a bit problematic. Cons: 1. No instructions. 2. When you first wet the mop, the nozzle will absorb half of the water in a clean bucket! So now you have to wring it dry before wiping and throw away half of the clean water from the 1st bucket. 2. The second time you get clean water, your mop is dirty now, and the clean water will still get dirty. 3. The third time you go to get water, there is nothing. So I recommend rotary mops, but not this one. If I ever get one again it will be the one with just one bucket squeezing the water out into the same bucket. With this double bucket model, the water gets dirty anyway. So why not just grab the only bucket that has water in it to finish the job?
